A Dual Head SeaBat 8125 or 7125 can be used for trenching support of pipelines and umbilicals. It can be used both with water injection trenchers and ploughs or mechanical cutters.

By using a DH8125 or 7125 system the operator will get information about:

• Depth of trench
• Placement of pipeline/umbilical
• Guidance in setting the machine on the pipeline/umbilical

 It should be noted that the SeaBat technology is not affected by either noise or any siltation in the water column. All three aspects will help increase the speed of the operation and thus save the operator money.
