RESON Service and Maintenance Agreement

RESON offers Service and Maintenance Agreements for SeaBat sonar systems, where preventive maintenance service and support protect the system investments.
The Service and Maintenance plan is based on an annual agreement. It provides SeaBat Multibeam sonar customers assurance against downtime, unexpected costs and ensures a better ROI.
The RESON Service and Maintenance Agreements will:
· Ensure that the systems have a high availability factor.
· Maintain, throughout the term of the contract, a performance level at the least equal to that of the functional specifications.
· Enabling the customer to benefit from hardware and software upgrades proposed by RESON.
· Maintain the knowledge of installations by the contractor.
· Improve the control of the systems by the customer.
· All at a fixed price
RESON offers three levels of Service and Maintenance Agreements fulfilling individual needs.
· RESON Advantage™
· RESON Advantage Plus™
· RESON Advantage Premiere™
Customers signing up for one of these agreements receive the following benefits.
When signing up for a RESON Service and Maintenance plan, the customers receive a RESON control number with details of service, system number, date of expiration, and RESON Support contact information. The customers’ sonar systems are registered under the unique control numbers allowing RESON Support to efficiently track each system and keep service records up to date.
