Management but-out of RESON Mediterranean Srl in Italy
As of 1st September, 2007, Mr. Pietro Basciano has acquired all shares of RESON Mediterranean in Bologna in Italy. The company has changed its name to REMED Srl effective 1st September 2007.
RESON Mediterranean was established in 2003 as a subsidiary of RESON A/S with Pietro Basciano as the local Director based in Bologna. The company was responsible for sales of RESON products in Mediterranean area, and has been the preferred supplier for a number of key accounts in this region.
The fine collaboration will continue as the former RESON Mediterranean Srl staff will continue in REMED Srl to-gether with Pietro Basciano. REMED Srl will be RESON’s reseller in a number of Mediterranean countries. The cooperation will include:
1) A reseller agreement whereby REMED Srl has been appointed as the exclusive agent for RESON prod-ucts in Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. Any representatives in these countries will in the future represent REMED.
2) A service partner agreement which will ensure that all regional post-sale support to RESON customers will enjoy the highest priority
3) Representatives in Spain, Portugal, France, Greece and Bosnia-Herzegovina will in the future cooperate directly with RESON A/S in Denmark.
