As of April 13, 2007, Mr. Jacob van Oostrom has acquired RESON A/S’ 60% shares of RESON-Telenav Electronics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore and has become the sole proprietor of the company. The Singapore-based company has now changed the company name to Telenav-Marine Pte. Ltd.

RESON acquired the majority share of Telenav Electronics Pte Ltd back in December 2001. The organization, RESON-Telenav Electronics Pte Ltd, was established to serve as RESON's regional hub office in Southeast Asia for support and training.

The collaboration will continue as Jacob van Oostrom and the staff at Telenav-Marine Pte. Ltd. will continue to support RESON. The cooperation will include a reseller’s agreement whereby the company has been appointed as agent for RESON products for the Southeast Asia
