President and CEO
Mr Allan J. Vestergaard
Mr Vestergaard holds a PhD in Organizational Theory from Aarhus Business School. Prior to RESON, Mr Vestergaard was Executive Assistant for Phønix Contractors 1991-1994, President and CEO for A/S Samfundsteknik 1994-1998, 1999-2000 CEO of COCOM A/S and President and CEO of NetTest A/S 2003-2005. During the past decade Mr. Vestergaard has focused on providing leadership to growth oriented companies or companies positioned for major restructuring and changes – all within the high-tech area. Mr Vestergaard serves as a member of the Board of Directors for a number of Danish and foreign companies.

Executive Vice President - CFO
Mr Jørgen Henriksen
Mr Henriksen joined RESON in January 2007.
He holds a bachelor (HD) degree in Financial and Management Accounting from CBS and an Executive CBA (Certificate in Business Administration) from AVT (based on Harvard case learning method)
Prior to RESON, Mr Henriksen worked for different clients within the auditing firm, Deloitte (1986-93). Mr Henriksen then joined B-K Medical (1993-2006), an international operating group of 60m€ and 325 employees, covering the full value chain, that specializes in high-tech diagnostic medical imaging. During his stay at B-K Medical Mr Henriksen developed the Corporate Financial functions and Business Management – leading to a turnaround and successive development processes through organic growth, divestments and acquisitions.
In the past 4 years, he has had the overall responsibility for B-K Medical Group results. The last position held was as Senior Vice President & CFO.
Mr Henriksen’s primary responsibility as Executive Vice President & CFO of RESON will be in optimizing Global Business, Management and financial reporting.

Executive Vice President-Global Support
Mr Flemming Bekker
Mr Bekker joined RESON in January 2006.
He has worked within the oil industry for almost 25 years and during this period was appointed CFO of Kuwait Petroleum in Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
In 1994 he joined the Carl Bro Consulting Group where he was responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions and was responsible for a number of acquisitions and subsequent integration as well as divestment of non core activities.
He joined NetTest in January 2003, where primary responsibility was to divest different entities and assist in the turnaround and restructuring of the NetTest Group.
Mr Bekker's responsibility as Executive Vice President for Global Internal Support, is to optimize RESON’s internal support in aspects ranging in legal and financial to negotiations with partners and suppliers.
Mr Bekker is a member of CEDEP, Fontainebleau

Executive Vice President-Global Sales & Marketing
Mr Kim Christiansen
Mr Christiansen joined RESON in August 1985 as project manager in R&D. From 1987-1993 he was R&D manager and, in shorter periods, also responsible for production and QA. During this period the first Multibeam Sonar system was developed and marketed.
In 1993 Mr Christiansen was appointed Sales & Marketing Manager.
From 1995-2004 he was Business Development Director for the consulting company DK-TEKNIK and was deeply involved in the restructuring of the company and preparation for the merger with Force Technology. He was also responsible for setting up a sales office in St. Petersburg, Russia.
In February 2004, Mr Christiansen rejoined RESON, as Vice President for sales and marketing for the EMEA area. In 2005 he was appointed responsible for Group Sales and Marketing and is now Executive Vice President, Global Sales.

Mr Pedersen holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Optical Communications. Prior to RESON Mr Pedersen was president of a NetTest subsidiary in New York that included a full value chain from Sales, R&D to Production, Delivery and Support as well as direct responsibility for a development and production site in Paris, France. Additionally, Mr Pedersen has experience from senior general management, sales management, product management and R&D management. In connection with the Ph.D. studies, Mr Pedersen did research at the Technical University of Denmark in connection with projects in cooperation with NKT Electronics and TDC. Mr Pedersen is also a Board member of a number of US companies.

Executive Vice President-Global Delivery
Mr Mikael Nadelmann
Mr Mikael Nadelmann
Mr Mikael Nadelmann holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. Prior to RESON, Mr Nadelmann worked at Brüel & Kjær – Sound and Vibration Measurement A/S from 2000-2006. Initially as R&D Manager for Software Applications and from 2002 as Director of R&D with responsibility for Research and Development activities in Denmark, Japan and USA. Prior to Brüel & Kjær, Mr Nadelmann worked as Engineering Manager at Alcatel Space from 1997-2000 with focus on power subsystems for satellites and spacecrafts and at Philips from 1990-1997 initially as Development Engineer and Project Manager, and from 1995 as Business Manager for TV Factory test systems with focus on Operations, Marketing and Support

Executive Vice President - CTO
Mr Peter K. Eriksen
Mr Eriksen joined RESON in 1993 as an engineer working on numerous R&D projects. In 1995 he was appointed Manager of R&D. In 2001 he became the Chief Technical Officer for RESON and for the next two years his responsibilities were primarily focused on the development of RESON’s Internal Structure.
In 2003 these responsibilities came to include Logistics and the turnaround of the RESON subsidiary in Aarhus, Denmark.
Mr Eriksen’s current responsibility is as CTO.
