Consolidation of manufacturing in Slangerup, Denmark
The RESON strategy aims at improving quality and efficiency in the manufacturing of sonar systems, transducers, hydrophones and sound velocity probes. RESON has therefore decided that in 2010 the manufacturing site located in Aarhus, Denmark, will be closed and all manufacturing will be consolidate in Slangerup, Denmark. The RESON Slangerup manufacturing site is ISO 9001 certified and includes clean room facilities, SMD center, test tanks and compression chambers for 6,000 meter depth test.
The RESON strategy has a clear focus on customers. In order to fulfill the ambitions of being known as the sonar solution provider delivering superior customer service and support, RESON is upgrading its service organization to provide new service packs demanded by customers as well as shortening the service response time by the beginning of 2010.
