NEW SeaBat 7125 variant
The dual frequency operation of the SeaBat 7125 allows users to collect high resolution survey data to depths between 0.5 & 450m.
The different variants and can be used for different purposes.
In shallow areas, typically 0.5 to 150m the 7125-400kHz is used to maximise resolution after which the 7125-200kHz is used in the deeper areas.
The SeaBat 7125 is normally mounted on a surface vessel but an ROV configuration is also available which is pressure rated to 6000m and provides identical performance even when submerged to these great depths.
Both versions are intended for shallow water mounted on a surface vessel and can also be mounted on ROV’s and AUV’s.
The SeaBat 7125 surface vessel version, 7125SV2, is a highly integrated single or dual frequency system.
The SeaBat 7125 intended for AUV’s is described here
The SeaBat 7125 for ROV offers dual frequency expeditions down to 6,000 metres. You can shift ROV frequency at any time in seconds, optimising survey time and giving you more freedom in the water.
In bathymetric mode, Sidescan and Snippet allow swift determination of found objects. Autopilot sea-floor tracking minimises your need to intervene manually. And you can record AVI-video from the Graphic User Interface.
In short, the SeaBat 7125 ROV will take your operation to a new level of efficiency, speed and accuracy.
