It’s a single contract that covers all equipment bought from RESON, whether it’s from our own factory or it’s a third-party accessory. You get a single, highly experienced point of contact who’s priority is fixing your problem.
A RESON SSA gives you all the services you need to keep your gear – and your expeditions – going strong. Covering all RESON’s solutions for offshore exploration, your SSA can be renewed annually. Or you can save by buying a 3-year subscription. Whichever solution you choose, you’ll be fully covered wherever your expeditions take you.
Your SSA includes:
- Hotline and email support
- A backup system shipped within 24 hours
- Bug fixes, and updates of software and firmware
- An annual system health check – at a location of your choice
- A factory refurbishment of system (after 3 consecutive years with SSA)

- Optimal multibeam operation
- Using your unique, customised solution
- Servicing your multibeam system
