Kim holds an MBA from Copenhagen Business School, a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Danish Technical University, and is a major in the Royal Danish Air Force Reserves. |
Elisabeth B. JensenExecutive Secretary and Personal Assistant to the CEO Elisabeth joined RESON March 2006. Before joining RESON she worked almost 20 years as Executive and Legal Secretary with HEMPEL A/S. Besides from her tasks as Executive secretary and PA, Elisabeth also handles various tasks within Human Resource. |
Rich LearExecutive Vice President, Strategic Product Management Rich joined Reson in 1991 after 9 years in the Royal Air Force. Employed initially as a field engineer, Rich eventually took over the UK office general management in 1995. In 1996 Rich & his family moved to Santa Barbara, California where he became responsible for global applications & installations. In 2005 Rich took an interim position as head of R&D group before being appointed Product Lifecycle Manager for sonar systems in 2006. In 2010 Rich took over the head of Strategic Product Management, a new group formed from product management and product marketing. |
Ole Søe-PedersenExecutive Vice President and CFO Ole Søe-Pedersen joined RESON on 1 September 2011, bringing a 16 year track record of business transformation and getting financial information into a decision level. Before joining RESON, he was CFO for Arvid Nilsson Group, and before that , he was Finance Director for the German activities of GN Resound and Interton, specialized in developing hearing instruments. He holds a Msc in Business Administration – Financial Accounting, and has worked with general and financial management of large and mid-sized companies in Denmark and abroad, both as financial officer as well as management consultant. |

Before joining RESON, he was COO at Kaleido Technology, and before that Vice President for Supply Chain and Research and Development at Phase One A/S. Prior to joining RESON A/S he was VP Sales and marketing for Hasselblad A/S and before that Sales Director for ScanView A/S (acquire by Purup Eskofot A/S). Niels is very experienced in strategic sales to multinational accounts as well as through a global network of partners. |
